Now, if you run on the treadmill for 2 hours and put plastic wrap around your stomach, you will lose water weight, and most probably reach a plateau, after a week or so. This will lead you to be discouraged and go back to your old ways.
I am not trying to demotivate you, but more often than not, this is what happens. People don’t want to put in the time to do a healthy shopping list and prep food. There are so many options nowadays with meal plans you can order online, that deliver to your home. Try one of these. Make your work less if you’re not keen on making food yourself.
The other thing I’ve noticed is, if your focus is on the weight, you will find yourself disappointed too. I need you to step away from the scale, and put that self-doubt away! Respect the process and put in the time. Balancing diet with movement and still making time to quiet your mind is where it is at.

You can make your diet fun, and interesting, as well as tasty! Do not, I repeat, do not starve your body. It will go into survival mode and start storing some fat. Therefore, stating the obvious, you will not lose weight.
