I am Danielle van Dalen, a 27 year old Health and Lifestyle blogger. I started this blog as a way to share my thoughts and feelings using a platform where I could freely express myself. I have had to deal with a lot of anxiety growing up, and always felt that writing gave me an escape. Now, I want to reach women of all ages and stages of life, in their own healthy lifestyle journeys.
Not only do I write about my experiences, I also discuss various aspects of living a healthy life, for example, nutrition, exercise and balance in all spheres of my life. I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Holistic Health Coach that has a passion for helping people live their most authentic and unique lives.
As a Fitness Instructor I can make exercise programs for every body type, shape and size. I can guide you on a path where you view your body in a positive, upbuilding way, instead of conforming to the pressure put on woman today to look and be a certain way.

The love for Nutrition has been a part of my life since I was young. I personally follow a mostly plant-based diet, and this has worked for me. I believe everyone should eat the way that their bodies are made, and that each person is very unique in their body’s ability to handle different foods.
My holistic approach can be described as a preventative approach, where mind, body and soul are taken into account in living a balanced and Healthy Lifestyle.
