There are so many fad diets and misconceptions about what is healthy and what isn’t. I do not believe in eliminating anything permanently from your diet. Unless you have an intolerance or are wanting to do a elimination or detoxification diet for a short period to determine any allergies. This will be one of the many things I will be discussing with you, my client!

It all starts with identifying the factors that play a role in food choice. After which is will become clear how the habits of eating and decision making about food started.

Unlearning your habits you have been accustomed to for your whole life is a process and knowing that it is possible to slowly, but surely unlearn these habits, and form new ways of living, is already such a great motivation! You really can do it if you put your mind to it .
