I think wellness is definitely one of those words that can be understood by looking at the definition, explained on the UC Davis website, which states that, wellness is, “active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life”.

Now this is exactly the principle on which the leg of wellness is based on in this blog. I do not claim to be a professional, in terms of a being a psychologist, or even a nutritional or exercise expert. I have experience and knowledge in these fields and I strive to research and find out as much as possible, from credible sources. This allows me to both question, agree with and challenge some of the claims made in terms of health.

My goal is to make sure that everyone is made aware and is informed on how exactly they can better their lives, by using experiences and knowledge from my own life as well as other peoples lives. The healthy way of life is not an easy way of life and you may have to sacrifice some of the ‘nice’ stuff for slightly healthier options and this could make the biggest difference in the long run.
This goes for unhealthy foods, habits and relationships, that are preventing from becoming the best version of yourself(I know it’s cliche)
Many a time I’ve fought with myself and sometimes I’ve lost. If you see how I’m built, and you’re someone who struggles with your weight, you’re probably judging me right now, but I’m telling you that I have to watch what I eat as well. I mean, just like every other person I have goals and I work hard to reach these. So I’m encouraging(challenging) you, even if you make small dayly dietary and exercise goals and try to reach these, everyday will start becoming more effortless.

Stop yourself and do not blame your food binges and lack of motivation to exercise on anyone else but yourself. Make sure that you take responsibility for your own choices and health💙💙 yes you have the power, and you are STRONG and indapendant.  It may seem like I am being hard on you, but in actual fact you’re making life harder for yourself.
