I bought this planner at a market and it can also be bought online at Alexa Lily (Aureum Design). It even has a page where you can write down your goals.
This post is about, not only writing down your goals, but also writing down action plans to carry these goals out.
A great example would be to say that you want to lose about 10 kg in the next 6 months, then you would right down how you plan to do this:
1. See a dietitian to find out how you can do this in the most healthy ways (Don’t look for easy fixes, they are bound to dissapoint)
2. Plan on going to gym or whatever exercise yoi prefer for at least 3 times a week.
3. Look at possible psychological means to allow yourself to stay level headed and not give up
4. How will you reward yourself. Write it down.
These are only a few examples how you would write down an action plan for 1 goal. Its very important to be very specific so that there are no blurred lines. Cause we all know how easy it is to fall back into old habits.
This is a very short post because I feel this one will take quite a while to do. Really think about what you want to achieve and elaborate on these.🌷
