So I’ve been thinking so much lately about starting a blog segment that teaches people who are beginners in the fitness world, on how to complete a full body workout.

This will allow you to grow in your spirit, mind and body. All of these together will make you handle everyday issues in a better way and it will enable you to set goals and aim to reach them, AT YOU OWN pace. It’s my absolute passion to see and help people who may not have grown up in a fit family, or even just those who lost their mojo along the way, to prove to themselves that they can do anything they put their minds to.

So here it is… the introduction to what follows in my next blog post, I will be busy making this for a while to give you guys the perfect exercise plan and beginner and intermediate progressions as you continue!
